• Universal Screening: All students in Grade 2 will be tested automatically.
• Deadline: Please complete and submit this permission form no later than January 14 to ensure your child is included in this year's assessment window.
• Late Submissions: Failure to submit this form by the deadline may result in your child being scheduled for testing in the following academic year.
